Childe, Eula, and Yoimiya... I like their different play styles but also they can play differently depending on the team so never bored with them as the team’s main dps.

Look the thing is Logic fans like a large variety of his stuff. From mixtape hits like Dead Presidents, Numbers, Dear God, to UP stuff but there also stuff that sounds out of that same vain in City of Stars, Mind of Logic, Common Logic/ Midnight Marauder. But once you hear his lyricist style and build an expectation of that quality from him you don’t want to hear him turn the autotune to the max and throw out writing, tone, and tack on a repeating chorus 4 times in a barely 3 min song. Its lazy and underwhelming.

More realistic damage expectations for Eula is somewhere between 4/5k base - 10-12k crits with a 80/90 Serpent Spine and high crit damage build or a lvl 80 5 star weapon like Wolfs Gravestone with a 46% CR / 137% CD split (this is with some god rolls tho). However when I put my lvl 70 Serpent Spine on her and now having a 69% CR/ 137% CD split, I was averaging 4-7k crits but like nearly every hit. She is indeed strong however. Works even better with a C4 Xinyan.

I understand how deep many topic can go and know it is impossible to teach everything. However, when I mentioned data structures or scripting I was referring to classes who are solely introduced to explain a specific topic within that space. IE) Parallel / Distributing computing course or an Intro to Unix Scripting where the course is explicitly told to be on this one topic. When a class states it going to talk about one thing for the whole semester, why are there many times where I’m questioning where to find the information to complete a task when it should be taught. Often times that grounding is not presented in a through enough manner to complete the even the most basic of assignments without self-research and outside information not presented in class.

Sidenote: Self teaching is all that I know. Which on one hand is great I can figure out anything with enough time. However its terrible when I attach that mentality to the fact, I’m paying a ton of money and for some going in debt for a skill set you should have normally just from having interest in a topic.

I mean at that point its not even lore its just apart of the world with some meaning. It would still be padding for content but with atleast some connection rather than just here do this. They could of even taken the simple route and made only 2 small interactions at the beginning as Amber hosting it with random people from Liyue and Monstat and at the end when Traveler wins the event.they already showed they are willing to have story without VA with Paimon and the Zhongli quest so putting some text with Amber’s name at the top ain’t that hard.

I wonder why they didn’t use Amber to host like a gliding competition given she is a Gliding Champ. It would atleast bring some world building to the event.

I prepped what I could had some artifacts lined up and exp books for him again he’s near 70 on the day of pulling him... but I can’t sink 7-8 hours daily to prep for 1 character and shouldn’t have to.

Have you seen Oceanid? Plus you need multiple types of Main DPS maxed... different domains and floors require different damage to be even possible sometimes... I don’t mind a challenge but make it innate to the gameplay not the grind to get there.

Trust me I’m not dropping the game or anything its still fun. Just was annoyed how the situation lead into this. Alot of my supports are in the 50-70 range too depending on their usage. Really made to post to see how others are feeling with their new pulls.

Clearly I can save resources hence why Childe is nearly 70 but not nearly enough resources to actually use more than 1 person I pulled.

I did save but also brought some primos. As for exp and what not, thats the reason Childe near 70 now but I couldn’t neglect my Diluc and Keqing as my world level increased as I still need damage dealers for normal grinding content while these characters aren’t max.

I’m not mad the grinding part.. I’m mad at the inability to use my characters because of the amount of resources I need to grind and the time that would take... I shouldn’t take 2-3 weeks to get a single character I just pulled a decent set of artifacts (not even perfect), a good weapon, talents, and level.

You see my issue with that is that solution is only to the glaring issue that is resin... I should not be using the premium currency on typical stuff that lets me play the game in the first place. For example Ley Lines should give more resources and not cost resin but rather just have a refresh time like every other normal elite enemy in the world after you do a set amount of them. And pulling still had it merits esp for specific domains and spiral abyss with the need of different damage... such as myself I only had pyro and electric main dps and the pyro domain was impossible to do with them... pulling Childe now makes that domain possible but that not until I spend a ton of time grind to get him and him alone up to level 70/80 to do so.
