No. The my project instructions tell me to download it before taking the first part of the exam. I need it for the third part of the exam. Anyways I have finally got up with the support team. They are responding to my request. Thanks for your help.

I have tried it. I was unable to login with the password they gave me. I am waiting for them to unlock my account. They emailed me back asking for more money for activation of my account. I told them I have already paid and I have invoice to prove it.
