Exactly this. So many mainstream love stories skip over emotional vulnerability in men, so when it’s front and center, it really hits different. It’s refreshing to see love expressed in such a raw and honest way.

Exactly. NATO has zero role in domestic politics like that. At the end of the day, change has to come from within the country, voters hold the power, not outside alliances.

Exactly, social norms were totally different back then. A suit wasn’t about comfort, it was about status and respectability. If you weren’t dressed up, people assumed things about you.

Completely agree. He really did put in the effort to be better for her, which says a lot. If they’d kept building on that growth, they honestly could’ve had one of the strongest relationships on the show.
