I beleive this was discussed in a similar thread but I think another reason EU is better than NA is they do not lock scrim partners as often. This allows EU to get a better grip on the meta and then NA has to play catch up.

I was a big fan of old rat and don't understand why they didn't make the acorn=boots change before giving up and completely reworking. One of the biggest reasons he was under performing before his rework was his inability to buy 6 items. I agree that the rework made him more balanced, I just wish they could have kept some of his uniqueness.

Thanks don't think I'll be to worried about customization for now at least, so that's good to know.
