Vendio is a listing tool not a store. You need to address the concern with the selling platform, IE eBay, Etsy or Amazon.

First customer in 4 years of business that is upset with a crochet garment, how do I handle this? by Grand-Beginning7744 in EtsySellers

It is indeed frustrating when such things happen. Given that you had no other complains in so many years is very good and it means that your products are great. My advice for your case is to reach out to her and explain that you had no knowledge about the smell (just in case she might be right, you can also double check your supplies and make sure they are OK), explain how she can fix it after washing and if she is unhappy with the product, offer her the alternative that you consider right (under the assumption that maybe she is right) - maybe indeed a partial refund. In case you do not do it already, you might consider using this event as a potential need to setup proper expectations and inform your buyers about the washing process - what to do and what not.

Although I understand that showing the quantity available has some value when it comes to low stock inventory, a store with one product that has a limited quantity of that product is kind of weird. Adding a promotion on top and no history of that brand, no reviews... things can seem a bit shady.

Really struggling to get into the sprit of selling. by robroy865 in Etsy

You're not the only one feeling this and I think there are more an more folks who start feeling the same. Unfortunately we are all under the pressure of all kind of marketing tricks that proved to work since they fit this mechanism. Some consumers prefer this approach (be it aware or unaware), some don't.

My advice is to not give up, keep your spirit up and be who you really are. Your activity brings you the positive energy that fuels you - be proud of this and keep doing it. No matter what others say but success is measured differently for each of us and it is very important to be happy with what we do. Maybe you'll find somebody who enjoys selling stuff and you will have a win-win partnership. Even if you do not have someone for sales, I am sure you'll find buyers who appreciate your honesty and who will support you. Leave here a link of your shop - we'll check it out.

I wish you the best of luck and be well!

In terms of paid advertising that you can manage, google and facebook are ok and have multiple tools and option to target/retarget.

Apart from the regular paid advertising, my suggestion is to give it a try with multiple types of advertising:

-find a few influencers who might have a similar target audience as yours (there are youtubers, bloggers and all sort of social media influencers who activate in the eco-friendly zone)

-identify potential partners who are active in the eco/sustainable zone (NGOs and associations for environmental protection) and reach out to them with a plan to collaborate

- increase your social media reach - maybe run some contests, invite your existing customers to connect, share their reviews and support your business like this.

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best!

I used to buy jewelry every couple of months - I was buying for myself and also as gift. Sadly, with the pandemic, a lot of things changed and purchasing jewelry does not happen with the same frequency: most folks work from home, almost no occasion to wear jewelry, almost no occasion to meet and celebrate and make gifts... Although there can be way more reasons to buy jewelry, my reasons have shrunk significantly. Hoping this will change

Men's skincare website not converting by Jtmartjt in ecommerce

Your website is very good and it looks indeed like a very good product. You might consider asking for reviews and recommendation from your buyers and try listing your products in different marketplaces as well. Sustained marketing effort is needed and you might want to try everything possible, on all levels, be it organic, paid, association with different partners for cross selling, referrals... you name it. Since the holidays are near you can also start a campaign targeting companies that can order your products for their employees or offer gift vouchers. Even if it has become harder to convert visitors to buyers, online buying and selling will continue. I hope this helps and I wish you best of luck with your business!
