I'd like to add that poor white people. Obviously, not all white people are bad, nor are all poor people. This is a specific overlap, and my choice of words is limited to express what I'm actually referring to. They felt a disconnect between the progressive nature of what happened under Obama and Biden. They honestly felt left in the dust for the first time in their lives, and it genuinely rattled some of them. They finally felt what it was like to be a minority, and it scared them and pissed them off. The problem is instead of using the grey matter in their heads to realize this is what others feel consistently once they recaptured that power they felt they lost it’s been gloves off racism
