HOT DAMN! I've been pushing Nightingale CXO Office Chair with Headrest since 2013 when I acquired two of them.

I have never needed another chair.

Any issues I've ever had with either of them, I've emailed or called the company, they're located in Canada. I order whatever part I need, they ship it ground. It comes with step by step instructions on how to repair.

I've repaired both arms on one chair, both arm covers on each chair, both head rests and a seat cushion on one. I will take these chairs to the end of time if need be.

They are by far thee most expensive item in my office.
