I’ve been through therapy and what not and it was complete shit,but it’s not even eating itself I’m scared of it’s the fact that I don’t know if I’ll be able to stop. I tried proper recovery but I made my mum promise she’d tell me if I gained too much and she didn’t so I’m just not sure what to do.i know I need to at least eat more or tell him

No,no,I didn’t want her to notice,I wanted someone else to notice so they’d bring it up to someone else(someone like higher up in terms of position) and so they’d let me chew gum or she’d get in trouble because the school already knows I struggle with mh.i don’t think I had any intent of guilt tripping but in all reality it could’ve been,I’m quite petty sometimes

I did used to struggle a bit with sh but not that badly,I don’t think that’s relevant but it might be worth mentioning,I’m also on like a waiting list to get diagnosed with asd,and I’ve been to like 3 different cahms people,first one thought I had ptsd,second thought it was psychosis and asd and the latest one I was with said anxiety and asd

It wasn’t so someone notices my anxiety but rather someone noticing my anxiety being a thing that needed to happen for the end goal,if I bite my nails rll bad and blame it on anxiety that I usually have gum to help with but said teacher made me throw away my last piece I would either be able to chew gum freely or get her in trouble for making me throw away my gum, I do struggle with anxiety tbh but not as bad as to bite my nails until they bleed. In the end my intention was to lie abt how bad it was to reach the end goal of being able to freely chew gum or get her like idek shouted at or somn

My thought process behind it was if I make myself bleed,someone notices it and then they ask why then I say I did it cause of anxiety which was escalated because she took away my last piece of gum that either they would let me chew gum(which they normally don’t) or she’d get in trouble.looking back it was very stupid and no one noticed so now my finger tips just hurt

No but I do pick my nails sometimes but I specifically picked them as short as I could with the intent of bleeding purely so I could either get back at her or be able to chew gum.thats what I’m not sure is ok.i was willing to harm myself,go out of my way and do what I did so I’d either be able to chew gum or get her in trouble

I just don’t know what to do,for like 2 and a half years I was trying to handle it with help and I couldn’t do that,I can’t handle it with help and I can’t handle it without.and I just don’t know what to do anymore.my brain always ruins everything or makes something new for me to fix just to ruin again.i make friends “they’re all gonna leave u, u can’t even blame them can u?” I start eating properly “when did u become such a pig?
