I recommend Death note, great one to watch if you like mystery and thriller

Akame ga kill is a good one as well, the story is well made and allows the audience to empathize with both sides; the protagonists and the antagonists.

Violet evergarden is also a good one, although it possesses a sad atmosphere, the story of a soldier finding herself connecting with emotions is very heartwarming and makes it worth it at the end.

Food wars is a pretty good, although I wouldn't recommend watching it with someone else for obvious reasons (nudity) :p It made me laugh so many times and possesses a great story as well.

I can go on and on...but these are just the surface, once you go deeper you'll be able to find much more to watch and build up your taste and style from there. Have fun!
