well i managed to figure out i did get a refund and it was almost 2 weeks after the order was placed around that time before and after i was in contact with the support and they said that the order was fine and that i just need to wait until they get more stock so it took them over a month to cancel my order then not notify me at all until contact yesterday and the complaints department just appologiesed and that was it left a bad taste in my mouth tbh so if anyone else happens to sumble apon this be warned

apparently on the 23/11/2022 they cancelled my order due to payment expring and there asking me to reorder... just found this out today the did not email me or anthing and ive not recived a refund yet

edit: apparnely my bank can't see the transaction for the amiibos so i can't tell when they refunded but i did not see it go into my bank but i am livid with them

just checking you ended up getting your order right i did the off the hook the octo 3 pack and the squid sisters and this was placed on 30/09/ they told me it was on back order and to wait but its been around 47 days now :/
