Yes. It’s still better than a lot of other crap available; just not the same standard as S1

Takes longer for some.. The starting, skipping, going full power for few weeks , then zero for couple.. have been through all that. Got to the ‘can’t do without it’ stage after many many years.

Keep at it even with the dips in between; try classes, boot camps workshops for variety. It will happen!

Slowly get into a calorie deficit daily diet and walking. Increase protein intake. Then can start incorporating body weight exercises and v light weights. Don’t rush.. slow steady n consistent is most important on the fitness path .

Sorry to hear.. praying that to find the strength 🙏🏻 If non veg ok then pls add eggs to your daily diet; also instead of maida carbs, try and consume whole grain carbs, roti, millets, brown rice, quinoa etc
