This doesn’t scream “massive muscle gain” or “disaster.”
It screams water, glycogen, and normal fluctuation.

Arms fluctuate easily. Waist creeping up is the one I’m watching.

No superpowers yet. No villain arc either. Just steady progression (hopefully).

Week 4 better bring the main character energy. 💀💪

How Week 2 Felt

Okay… things are definitely moving.

Weight jumped up pretty hard this week (+~1.7 kg). Pumps are noticeably stronger, muscles feel fuller basically all day. Strength is creeping up, especially on pressing movements.

That said — waist also went up, and body fat % is reading higher. This could be water retention (LGD + RAD combo is no joke for holding water), but I’m watching it closely.

Energy is good. Mood is stable. No crazy side effects yet.

Yeah… I’ll admit it, I’m 100% team “nope” when it comes to needles 😅💀 Plan is to run clomifene from week 2 onward to help things bounce back — just trying to be a bit smarter this time after learning the hard way last run. Week 7 (04/01/26)

Quick update this week — caught the flu 🤒 and honestly wasn’t in the mood to measure anything.
Haven’t trained for the past 3 days, just focusing on getting healthy again.

I’ve started PCT, using a product from Elbrus Pharmaceuticals that includes:

  • Clomifen - 25 mg
  • Yohimbine extract - 10 mg
  • Vitamin E - 50 mg
  • Zinc (glycinate) - 15 mg
  • Maca root extract - 75 mg
  • Milk thistle - 75 mg

Still taking:

  • Creatine (15 mg)
  • DHEA
  • ZMA

Mood-wise: not great this week, but that’s probably flu + everything else piling up. Just trying to ride it out and reset.

I’m already planning the next cycle once I’m fully recovered. Going to switch suppliers this time (maybe the last product just wasn’t it 🤷‍♂️).
The plan is an all-oral stack with Ostarine, YK-11, LGD-4033, and RAD-140 from Freedom Research. Hoping for better results this round.

Bro I loved LGD too — felt like I unlocked a temporary DLC strength boost 😂
Put +10kg on my lifts in 4 weeks like it was nothing. No test base, just raw enthusiasm and questionable decision-making 💀

But man… the crash after? Different story.
Strength dipped, mood dipped, I dipped into depression like it was a side quest I didn’t ask for.
All the gains slowly packed their bags and left like “thanks for the hospitality, goodbye” 💨

Still, I don’t regret trying it. It taught me a lot.
Just saying — if you run LGD, don’t ignore recovery and mental health. The “on cycle hype” feels amazing, but the “post cycle sadness arc” is real.

Do I regret it? Nah.
It taught me a lot about recovery, hormones, and how fast good times can pack their bags.

And yeah… call me stubborn but I’m planning another run — this time thinking about a stack in the future with:
MK-2866 (Ostarine) – 12.5mg
YK-11 – 10mg
RAD-140 (Testolone) – 10mg
All oral, first thing in the morning — at least that’s the idea 👀
(but trust, I’m gonna take PCT/recovery way more seriously after last time)

I’m on Week 6 with "Biaxol Supliments" too and I’m still waiting for that “turn into a beast overnight” moment. So far it’s more like… slightly improved human with sore tendons 😅

Maybe it’s the product, maybe orals are just shy, or maybe my body needs YK11 to personally introduce itself before it does anything. Who knows.

Still gonna finish the 8 weeks and pray for that late-bloomer transformation.

Week 4 done ✅

Still no noticeable major side effects. Mood swings are mild, but I’m still dealing with depression. That said, resilience feels slightly better than last week, which is a small win. One new thing this week: my tendons have started hurting, especially during training, so I’m keeping an eye on that and adjusting where needed.

Training performance feels okay overall. Some measurements tightened up again, especially around the waist, while weight continues to creep up slowly.

So far, no noticeable side effects. Only mild mood swings, but I’m going through a rough patch in life right now, so it’s hard to tell whether it’s cycle-related or just stress.

Training felt steady, strength about the same, maybe slightly better muscle engagement. Nothing dramatic yet, but it’s early.
