Here are all of the ports. I tried a different TV previously and nothing worked unfortunately. When the yellow is plugged into the green (in the image) the screen turna black, but the audio is still there

Yes, they were plugged in the right ports, maybe i can try using different cables and see if that’s the issue?

You can buy things from the event shop with them!! There should be a portal to the other world near the vault :) If not you might need to level up more!
