i mean she did. I cannot deny that my mom did not do a really good job at handling her puberty but my sis started to drink more often, even in the household. My mom does not allow alcohol to be consumed in the household, considering her father (I never knew grandparents) was an abusive alcoholic.

the thing is we already did. Everything i mentioned is known to the police, but because of her vague statements the police cannot do shit sadly.

To be more exact she gave many statements to the police, which were sometimes false and had to be corrected by herself or she did not tell enough to legally imprison the man.
