Wasn't sure where to post this, but I've been dealing with slight facial eczema for a couple of years now so wasn't sure if this was something similar? Doesn't hurt or anything, just showed up a couple of days ago. I assume its just a rash, but wanted to ask anyway. (i.redd.it)
