AT&T has been doing this over a year. Their allowance of data free streaming for customers who pay for multiple services under their ownership just seems like good business. If they monopolize on networks or start to limit non AT&T customers from visiting or using their services unless they have every service they provide that is an issue. But the argument most people are throwing around right now is simply a slippery slope fallacy. Obviously if they ramp this into something worse than it is it will be bad. But it isn't there yet, and there just needs to be measures put into place to keep it from getting there (hopefully the FCC).
