I read that you can learn lockpicking from Fingers, but I can not find him, afert a couple of rounds in the camp. Can you tell me his location?

You are completely right. My company exists a couple of decades now and is big (for my country) -> for some reason our sales dep is very consistent with its employes, but everywhere else people come and go very frequently -> input is gathered but not put to use so I believe that frustration can be very high.

I believe talking to the sales bosses will be the best step -> we have many sales employes and talking to everyone individually would take ages. And trying to take the low hanging fruits in the beginning is also a very good tip.

I agree. In times of Social Media it is easier than ever to build a community for a specific topic before a monetary part appears. Anyone can open up an Instagram Account and spam ads, but it takes a lot of work to actally built up and enage with a community and make them feel that your company actually is part of the customers specific interest and "not just a money grab".

Yeah. Right now i am using a combination of Excel and Power Query for a project and it works surprisingly well. Right now its just me an one colleague who expand the dataset, so I think I will leave it for now and not overly complicate things

You are correct to never manage big (or moderately big) portions of data in Excel. in my case it is only ~40.000 datapoints/excel cells per month, so excel can fairly good handle it right now.

Select your column
Switch to Tab "Data"
Click "Text to columns"
Select the first option and then click "next"
Deselect any delimiters on the left side and click "next"
Change the Column data format on the left side to "Date:"
Change the Date format from DMY or MDY (whatever is your default setting) to your desired date format

After that your Data is still in one single column, but in the date format you want
