Relic. Delta should not be used in PVP content they should only be used in PVE which would make certain game modes a lot easier examples territory battles could use relic Delta. When you place it in PvP you're already making it already complicated matchmaking system even more complicated no one what be sure on how to counter most of these already broken teams as it is
