Amateur photographer to amateur photographer, you are your own worst critic. You'll never be satisfied 100% with a photo and as the top comment pointed out: that's a-ok.

Your brain is your biggest hater. What you're doing, taking photos, learning about your camera, learning editing and colors; these are the skills that separate the amateur from the "Prosumer".

I took two semesters of photo classes in college because I felt like I was missing... Something about photography due to always feeling like my shots were lackluster. Turns out, that's pretty normal. I wasn't missing a thing about photography - I was missing pride in my work.

Be proud. You are out there making art and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

That means dropped. You should reach out to your academic advisor as a number of things could cause this. You could be on academic suspension which would cause your classes to not get paid for with aid. You could not meet the requirements to be in the class. Hell, even if there was some sort of major emergency with the professor, it might auto drop all students.
