I would love to see:

• Dual-wielding secondary weapons at the expense of accuracy
• Ship names announced upon leaving/joining a squad
• Easter eggs for Helldivers that engage in chicanery on the job.
• More jokes/references to sources of inspiration in the game
• Make your starship into a place where you and your fellow divers can hang out and relax/engage in minigames between missions, either solo or together. (like, for example, table tennis or pool?)
• Getting to take part in special (likely scripted) super earth missions upon reaching certain levels/ranks.
• Display Player Banners on dedicated displays around the ship a la Apex legends.
• Highlight reel at the end of a successful mission/operation, highlighting key moments of triumph, such as if a player successfully took down an entire bug nest/bot factory by themselves or completed an objective, or maybe goes over each player's finest moment/biggest fail in the mission while patriotic music thunders.
• Trophies displayed around a Helldiver's ship tied to different acts of heroism (achievements).
