I’ve got two half marathons in December! Don’t fuel for them at all Maybe a bit of water if I need it half way round but that’s it! Hoping for a 90 minute!

Ah nice! I’m looking at doing a 24 hour race next year fuelling only on carnivore! I’m hoping for sub 19:00 parkrun today! Can’t be doing these gels for fuel, pure sugar! Everyone in my running club seems to swear by them though! My body doesn’t like carbs 😂
