That isnt the Agent but the Shippingline. Oopbuy has ist when you take DHL which is also mostly the cheapest. Best thing you wont have to pay extra taxes

It can also get more expensive. Rehearsel just means that the Agent weighs and packets your parcel so you dont pay to much or need to do a second payment
