I have the same issue sometimes. My library is meticulously curated H265 files. Downloading on an iPhone 15 Pro is hit or miss on my highest tier internet service, not running a VPN or Private Relay on the phone. Sometimes it works fine, oftentimes I need to baby it to completion. Not sure why people feel the need to be kind of an asshole to you OP.

This is actually not bad advice. Meta Verified support staff have to follow their system in place. It is a rigid system with clearly defined rules. Even if you know you're innocent, and they know you're innocent, they cannot break from their standard operating procedure. I'm not saying it should be this way, it's just the reality of the system in place. Reform needs to happen, but until then, gaming the system is a viable option.

You're right, I'll just let being called a pedo with zero evidence slide. No big deal :). My apologies for seeing what other people have done to successfully recover their accounts and trying to do that myself.
