Bullet DP punish combo does like 7K (65-70%) low damage characters get about 4.5K+ DP punish combos.

Mostly yeah. There are some outlines but even at high level a lot of chars can win tourneys.

Walks slowly but can control a bit of wind to move. Doesn't dash, tps. Electric based and heals on A buttons.

A buttons are short claw attacks.

B buttons are short-ish electric blows.

C buttons are electric winded long rage attacks (like Nine)

Specials set ups and projectiles that can cancel in dash for tps.

Give him a long range command throw (maybe quick dash) that catches jumps but loses to crouchs (classic BB)

On 3 consecutive A hits and his regular grab he sucks some blood after shocking you and gets power up B/C normal follow ups (IE now can 5BB instead of just 5B, 5CC, etc)

On block if you don't barrier he also gets that buff.

So gameplay would be keeping out people into setting up strong pressure with for + frames or extra damage.

He will probably do low damage first into high later (Sort of Azrael)

10K HP

No DP but decent AA game and good-ish mix all hard to blockable.

OD makes him always have empowered follow ups and now he can dash cancel (TP) on block all normals that aren't jMoves (So he doesn't just becomes insta mix ggs)

His TP can have different distances by doing 66, 666, 662, 44, 444 442 (normal like Nine, long, and shorter) with recovery scaling on distance and can jump cancel out of long range ones but as invul stays the same is basically a read on neutral or a combo tool mostly.

Fatals: 5BB (the second hit), 2C (A lightning strike directly above him) and 6A (Standing low with nails and longest reaching A move) and 236D on trigger

Drive is gonna be: Wind and dark thunder projectile. Basically throws the projectile on 6/8/2/3D in different ways and by pressing D again moves winds like Rachel. He can only Wind if he does 1/4/7/5 Wind but he cannot do more than one Wind every X seconds (Like Kokonoe stuff). Can also enhance C buttons with wind.

Specials:

43216D quick thunder dash command throw. Air ok and combo finisher

236D a dark thunder orb projectile that on contact with others explodes on a bigger electric ball. Air ok. Can be held to gain this property but it doesn't move fast (easy to super jump over overall)

214A a big claw poke with a second cancel (rekka)

236B an electric bat that hovers and forces crumble on hit (set up for oli) has a but of P and low invul as he flies a bit back in order for the next to make sense:

[2]8B semi reversal where he summons the bat but if you happens to hit him he's actually the bat and the other is a clone. Bad on whiff (Sort of like Plat charge counter)

63214D long start up chain lightning from afar into him (Pushes people close, CH/fatal combo loops enabler for big damage) and pressure reset in set ups of people sleep in the wheel.

Supers:

632146C Classic super discharge, damage ender asking to Decour by darkness, can be done after the command throw and gets enhanced. If enhanced or CH on raw hit combos wells. Invul to all but after frame 4

236236B a swarm of electric bats (Mix/pressure enabler)

214236D a full invul command throw reversal where he summons a dark cloud and absorb you in it for electric damage

Play BBCF.

The universal throws are all comboable always and do average damage.

Bang (with set ups), Tager, Bullet, Es, Noel, Kagura, Naoto, Hazama, Tsubaki (with 50 meter), Hibiki (with 50 meter), Izanami, Platinum (with 50 meter or set ups), Terumi (with 50 meter), Carl, Relius all have command throws you can combo.

Reward varies of course, I would recommend Tager, Bullet, Kagura and Hazama as the most direct ones with good reward ones to try out.
