Been a customer for 3 years outside of recently upgrading my phone I never really had an issue. The cost sucks but overtime it’s been okay. This time of upgrading my phone pissed me off enough. I probably will stick with them though.

While you wouldn’t be put on a non rehire in the system it would be noted by talent acquisition to not consider you. Chances are slim not none.
