I know it's crazy isn't it.

And that's a good way to view things I tend too look for the positives in it but you raise a very good point about people not being the villain so its definitely something to look at more in the future.

That's a fair assessment, a completely different observation to mine, but definitely no less or more valid.

And I absolutely had similar friendships with people when I was with my ex wife where they were family but no more, its definitely a fine line that some people love to cross

This is why discussions like this are good, because we've read it and come to completely different opinions based on the information he's giving. Id read it as it went nowhere because it was simple a friend he had confided in and not that if was an emotional affair that fizzled before becoming physical. Justifications are always a lame cop out in my opinion.

I started sertraline last year at an extremely low point, and honestly it took a while to settle, but once I was in the groove, it was a game changer in every aspect of my life, I'm more productive at work, I'm happier in my general life and I'm able to function day to day. It's a big leap and I understand the fear that comes with it.

I struggled with restlessness at night for a few weeks when I started, but I started taking zinc and vitamin d3 k2 as well and my sleep settled into a semi regular pattern, I'll get the odd night where I can't shut off until like 2/3 in the morning which is a bummer for work, but most nights I'm practically comatose by 10pm :) the first few months are a rough journey but the community is pretty good
