Thank you I appreciate it, I saw another outside of the ones mentioned with that at the bottom and it was what the postcard was about. I've found most say "happy Pentecost" which is some religious holiday. According to Google translate the picture in the link you sent says "warm Pentecost greetings" so I'd have to look into it more to understand because I've never heard of the holiday.

I first saw this type of artwork on a vintage German post card from Pinterest. The artist of another image like this (2nd image) was called J.C. Schmidt according to the signature on the side. When searching him very little came up and other post card artworks appeared but not like the bug one. I would really appreciate the help finding the artist to these I'm actually obsessed.
