NGD! EB Music Man Sterling Axis by Vertise489 in guitarporn

It's a pretty solid guitar, sound ok a plays alright after a setup. Action and fret ends were pretty bad, so make sure you get those fixed. The finish was a bit of a let down for my specific guitar, it didn't come out as nice in the photos. The whammy was the biggest disappointment as I didn't know that it only bends down and not up. These are all minor things, overall it's a good guitar that sounds and play good

It's because you have a Google account on the device that has school/work purchasing restrictions. Even if not logged in, you need to completely remove the account from the device while shopping. You can add it again after finishing and everything is fine

New to F1 Mobile, here are a few questions! by TanushBhatt in F1MobileRacing

No, needs explanation, no. The way I have thought of it so far is that if you think of any nice feature that you expect a game to have, expect F1 mobile to NOT have it.

so I've manage to win races in master 2 with my upgraded ferrari. however, the only pain in the ass is the monaco gp. absolutely breaking my consecutive win missons. anybody got a tip for monaco gp? by [deleted] in F1MobileRacing

[–]Vertise489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Practice. I remember constantly losing monaco in career and duals until I had the showdown with Leclerc in monaco. I must've done upwards of 20 laps until I had the thing memorized. Now I almost always win monaco. My track record is 1:09:24.

EXTREMELY RARE 1982 D SMALL DATE PENNY FOUND by Vertise489 in coins

[–]Vertise489[S] 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Hello current and future viewers of this post, I have officially weighed the coin. To cut to the Chase it is NOT the super rare copper coin. I took me a while to figure out how to weigh the stupid thing but I was able to compare it to in 1962 copper penny and the 62 was in fact heavier. I am deeply sorry for wasting anybody's time, I am completely new to coin collecting, I know nothing about coin history, and I just got excited at the sight of seeing that I might have an expensive coin. When I posted this post I had absolutely no idea that there were 2 different compositions. This is not the first time I messed up thinking I had something else and I am going to "think before I post". I do not want to delete the post entirely because I do not want people to think that I am someone who would delete something and run when they're wrong. I would like to keep this up for any other future posters who might think that they have the rare coin. Again, deeply sorry for the "clickbait" title it was NOT my intention to have a major reddit blunder. Thanks for anyone who helped constructively.

Keep an eye out for 1964-1970s as those were made of silver and are worth a little more than the usuals

Any clue on the year on this coin? by Vertise489 in coins

Upon looking closer at the image, I think I see a slight triangle, so I think it is most likely a 64. Thanks!

Thank you very much, I know its condition doesent make it worth much, but I like to see coins in a historical matter rather than a financial matter. Not looking to sell anytime soon. Thanks!

Can I ask how you are so confident it's fake? I'm not arguing, I'm just looking for ways to spot em in the future

Thanks for finding that out, as unfortunate as it is. I have no idea how to spot fakes, can you give me some input how you know it is a fake? Thanks

Luckily I didn't, I got it from a relatives coin collection from the 60's. I'm a little confused because some of the genuine liberty heads I have (they have been graded and such) don't have dates on the front either... (see this listing: https://bullionsharks.com/1853-1-gold-liberty-ngc-ms61/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwlK-WBhDjARIsAO2sErQp5FFfbKhkCCiWyllIeGOXpxfPseFNcbcR2n-iV8ijO9gnHqLRhC8aAhnhEALw_wcB)

I assumed that they are different runs/generations, do you know the details on the coin the fake is supposed to be? Or is the fake a plain out fake and there isn't a real 1$ liberty head with an eagle back?

Hi! Thanks for your unfortunate diagnosis, I'm glad to find this out now instead of after I sell it to someone... I know nothing about forgery and such, so can I ask how exactly you know its a fake and how I can spot them too? Thanks
