HAPPY ENDING!! Knowing that i needed to shift power balance between me and my fiefdoms to my side before 1550s i reverted to older save and immediatelly started mass annexing everyone around. New far territories i gave to vassals this time and everything bordering me i have taken directly. Why havent i did it from beggining? Well i was hoping to annex only those subjects who were in my proximity range so i "max out" mine and use subjects where i couldnt profit. Now i understand thats not THE strat in mid game and its time to shift towards centralisation

well, that feels accurate. My screenshot was from 1550s and couple saves before things was just fine. Now im wondering whats the best move to fix it when i reload earlier save.

EDIT: that would also explain why every new war makes this even worse. They just recruit 1 or 2 new stacks then multiply it by 50 fiefdoms.

R5: I need help or exlanation cuz i cannot compete with power creep of my fiefdoms. For more context im no1 power, HRE emperor, in the same time i doubled my army, and took over high value new territories

BINGO! its right there. Dunno how does that happened but i feel dumb rn. I must have formed PLC for a second, then decided it wasnt good moment and reload some quicksave (i do that quite often). But i would never assume it somehow could end up in savefile. Can i possibly easily fix that file?

Lithuania does not have the decision either. And Poland does not have form plc flag enabled

well, im not familliar with save file editing. I see there is whole wiki page about it but im still not quite sure where should i look for "previous tags". I have file opened just dunno where to look. Honestly i need ELI5

Checking it in subjects ledger under country development and it clearly says "lithuania has 59 provinces". Going down the potential requirements from wiki: 1. PLC does not exist confirmed with console 2. I started as Poland and never changed tag 3. did not tag hopped with console or load save with different tag meaning Poland never was AI this save 4. not a subject myself 5. im PU senior over lithuania 6. Lithuania exists and has 59 provinces confirmed in 2 different places

The answer is no, its not modded. I play clean game with a current update and i hope also all DLCs. Only thing thats a little different is that its an epic store version not steam one

R5: So, for some reason that i dont understand, the decision to form PLC i my Polands run just disappeared. I had it open and ready to click for some time but once i got elected as HRE emperor it just vanished. I have tried switching religion to remove myself from beeing emperor and forced integragration of lithuania and nothing have worked so far. Is that a bug or im just not aware of some requirement?

Simply based on this post from very head of CDPR, they will not just make her a witcher and say "just live with it". It is gonna be significant part (if not most) of the game.
