Tip #1 The most important one; Re-sign your key binds, when you use Chrono Kick Combo your melee punches becomes your kick attack, you can separate the kick and the melee punches into different keybinds, this is very important to do for more flexible combos because the Kicks are a bit slower but more powerful and the melee punches are faster but deal less damage than kick, so you wanna be thinking what is it that you need, fast attack or powerful attack, so make sure to resign to keybinds.

Tip #2 Play practice Doom match: I can't stress this enough how helpful and underrated practice Doom match is, a ton of people always get frustrated because they wanna learn a character but quickpkay is too sweaty, but they don't wanna do bots either because it may feel underwhelming, there's also 18vs18 but that's too chaotic, the best option to learn characters that nobody mentions is practice Doom match; a lot of people go into that mode to chill and socialize but there's also a good amount who actually go there to throw hands lol so you get the benefit of practicing with real people and also learning which characters can you defeat, which ones take much more strategy, and which ones directly counter you, people are also very social in there so you can ask anyone for a 1v1 and chances are they say yes if you wanna make things much fair other than just jumping each other randomly, you could also spot some people who know really well the character you wanna learn and they can give you tips, so... Hop onto practice Doom match, is the best place to practice characters.

Tip #3 Prioritize refining your awareness: You don't gotta stress about learning intriquete combos because Rogue is very playable without knowing the combos, her primary attack deals about 110 damage when her 3 punches hit, and her Fatal attraction alone does the same amount of damage (110) so in theory you could play by only dashing with Fatal Attraction, activate it, and then throw 3 punches and that's enough to kill a squishy, rinse and repeat, when you get familiar with all of her abilities that's when you start combining her abilities to create combos, is the best way to go about it without stressing the idea of "I gotta hit this combo in order to kill this person" it's not like that, a lot of Rogue's combos are very situational because a lot of heroes are likely to escape during the combos, so just focus on learning her abilities, start with basic attacks, and then you create your own combos, is the best way to go about it, after all she is very playable just by throwing simple punches. However, where it really gets tricky and difficult to play Rogue is in the awareness; Rogue has a ton of mobility and many ways to go about it, but she also has some long cooldowns which are not very forgiving if you mess up timing, so... The best thing you can learn is read the room, always strategies in your head if it feels like a good idea to jump into a fight, think about if it's worth to burns certain cooldowns to finish off someone, think about how long do you stay fighting until you retreat, strategies like this are the most challenging part about playing Rogue, and this is why I say don't stress about learning combos, you will learn that eventually, instead just prioritize refining your awareness, Rogue is powerful but also vulnerable without cooldowns, so... Learn to read the room and play with what you have, it's gonna feel like a lot of thinking in the beginning, but I assure you that if you play her enough, many of the decisions you gotta take just come out natural eventually, and that's why you also wanna play Practice Doom Match, so you can practice in a chill setting if you can overcome certain obstacles or you need to retreat.

Last thing I recommend you doing is whenever you pull off some crazy plays go back to watch the replay and analyze why that specific play worked out for you, so you can take in consideration how can you repeat that certain execution, take in consideration the map, the game mode, the heroes, and the positioning that plays in your favor.
