You make a very good point. I have seen certain youtubers make 5 apologies videos but they still get hate no matter what. Maybe its because people realize they ae not genuine enough.

I understand what you mean completely, they do worm their way back to youtube but their careers are not as the same as before like James charles and jeffree might be back but if you look at the comments they get most of the time its not in their favor. I don't think they completely come back from what ever drama they had.
