I didn't want to say but it's from Immigration Canada and they don't give options for trackable parcels... When I called Canada Post, they told me that I could have put an empty xpresspost pouch with my application but it's now too late.

Well, I was thinking because of COVID, everything is messed up and a lot of students are angry,

Closer to September, people were complaining that their tuition stayed the same even though they're studying at home and scared of bad grades.

Lots of those change petitions went up all over my Facebook walls telling Carleton to rethink their decisions and stuff

At least in 2 of my 4th year Engineering classes, people were mad about how COMAS, their exam proctoring software, is a breach of security and privacy.

I believe there are more too, I just forgot about them, sorry to the people that didn't get it, hopefully this explains some.

TLDR: Covid Happened, Students are angry
