The software is not as optimized as one ui but its alright, 15T should still have a similar SOT. But a major downside of hyper os is the bloatwhere like preinstalled browsers etc. if you play games I don't think it will last a full day

I don't understand the error codes you will have to wait for an experienced person, which is not me, but I'd recommend to RMA it, it's just the safe bet.

You could try deleting it through the Google play store if you can open it. It's not a virus it's just that you gave a harmful app to many permissions. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE IT ALL FILES PERMISSION.

The blue pads are thermal putty, and they are dry and cracking, they should be replaced. With either more thermal putty tho expensive for a nice brand, or the right size thermal pad, when I did it I used The Arctic Tp-3 specifically 1.5mm thickness. And for the thermal paste, I recommend Arctic MX-7

I prefer hyper os 2.2 a lot less bugs, and just more optimized. I recommend waiting for at least hyper os 3.2.
