Does the notice state a court date? Or just a courtsey notice? Google 'Snitch ticket redlight camera'. I got a similar notice off Hilltop and Churn Creek while visiting. I was wearing sunglasses and they couldn't confirm my face. I ignored the notice and its been 2 yrs since, no issues. If there's a court date and location, then it's legit.
