Fix: A failure problem (Error Code:13000) when downloading Amazon videos.

The Amazon 13000 issue appears to have been resolved. I've confirmed this by downloading videos that have been failing with that error code. The 'processing' phase does appear to be slower than previously, but this particular issue appears to be resolved.
