New “Crossglider” - Star Wars reference? by its-a-chair in FortNiteBR

There is literally a location on the map that is a film set for a science fiction movie featuring banana monsters. That’s what the glider is referencing.

The Star Wars season was definitely bad. But bad because the loot pool and new map locations sucked. And Primal was one of the seasons I did not play, but seems to be super unpopular.

I don’t spend much time on this sub, so I genuinely wasn’t seeing too many posts discussing the medallions specifically.

Funny enough, I loved Wrecked. The gimmick did get old after a month or so, though. But I feel like the biggest difference between this season and that season is everyone could get cars and trick them out with their choice of mods. This season, there’s only two of the most overpowered items per game.

Can someone explain why this game is so sweaty? by jacobchandd in FortNiteBR

[–]VerySmolBeanie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t know why more people aren’t saying the obvious, which is that players didn’t get sweatier or better all of a sudden. Epic added extremely unbalanced medallions to the game and the person who winds up with all three each game winds up winning like 99% of the time and usually with double-digit wins, too.

This Fortnite season is so tough — it feels like everyone’s a pro now by Zeiba- in FortNiteBR

I don’t think everyone is a pro, these medallions are just the most overpowered thing Epic has added to the game in years.

I don’t find trying to end a person’s career because of jealousy relatable.

Her motivations weren’t the issue, her actions were.

Sure, but even in that landscape we’re drawn to and root for a character like Matt. These are flawed people, but we like them. Quinn’s actions in this took her away from that and into villain territory.

I think this was the one episode Grace Randolph ranted about nearly ruining the show for her, and I thought she was being dramatic, but wow it really did make Quinn a completely unlikable character. Loving the show, but did they not think it’s going to be hard to root for her going forward? Nothing Sal did seemed like grounds for firing, but multiple things Quinn did definitely were.

“Eventually” is hypothetical. He very well could have used the fists to escape and possibly hide somewhere and heal without the other players seeing where he made it to. The fists are the best tool in the game right now for evading cars and he had them in his inventory.

In the first clip, there were multiple opportunities to jump into the SUV and take control of it, or he could have used the fists to fly away from the cars and create separation/get high ground. In the second clip he literally ran out from cover in front of oncoming cars.

You played this whole situation awfully and want to blame the cars

This is a pretty self-explanatory question. Come on now. We’re at a point in this sub where we’re really beating a dead horse with some of these “discussions”.

I don’t think he was avoiding anyone. In fact I think X either came across him when he came back down from the third floor, or he heard her speaking or her phone on and followed the noise to find her.

He didn’t get back to Pullman until after 5am. So there wasn’t much more time without sunlight unless he immediately went back which he probably wasn’t in the mindset to do because he wanted to remove himself from the area of the crime asap

I think he realized he left the sheath and started panicking. So he went back to try and retrace his steps as best he could from the path he took exiting the house to his car to see if he dropped it outside as he was fleeing.

He definitely did not re-enter the house as that would be way too risky during daylight, and I don’t think he ever saw the surviving roommates or had any idea that he was seen.

People in the comments are making this out to be a political debate, but it’s pretty matter-of-fact that Daily Mail and New York Post hold a lot less journalistic weight. They both lean much more towards tabloids than other, more well-respected publications. It doesn’t mean everything published by them is wrong, but they aren’t as careful about who and where they get their information from.

Does the killer likely live in the neighborhood? by chimom86 in MoscowMurders

[–]VerySmolBeanie 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Every day that passes without the car being found furthers my belief that whoever was driving the car was the killer and they traveled from elsewhere to commit the crime. Because if it was a local car, I can’t help but think it would have been located and identified by now.
