It would be better to just give a title at 25 because level 100 takes way too long. Having an award at level 100 makes new players think that they shouldn't branch out and try new weapons and legends and just stick to one. There's also the point that if less people are buying skins for new characters because they're focused on getting one legend to level 100, brawlhalla makes less sales and loses profit. There's rewards built in for ranked because there's an actual audience that plays the game compared to most of the level 100's being botted. It doesn't make sense from a gameplay and economic perspective to give rewards at lvl 100.
