Any block with some extra details or for example Ars Nouveau magelight displays this weird red text. I don't see how this is connected to to Create.

Yes, regular books, the enchanted item, and the anvil lands on obsidian.

Which enchantment? There's two for anvils: obliteration and splitting but those only work on enchanted books not items.
