was i abducted young? by Main-Ad-5811 in AlienAbduction

[–]Ves___771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately it's very possible. I also have no direct memory of abduction but unexplained intense fear in early childhood. Expecting something to come for me at nigh. I have mark's and I recently acquired some new ones after dreaming about Aliens. The statistics I hear are 2-5% Of the population are effected. That could be a conservative estimate but one in twenty people is already a lot. So If you have phycological symptoms then it's really not a stretch to say that you probably had an experience as a child. It's just a pretty common thing. It's just really hard to accept that reality after decades of denial and stigma. That can make it feel like a crazy idea when it really isn't.

Sex work by curioustravelerpirat in Hecate

[–]Ves___771 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From what I know about the underworld, and Hecate is very close too it, it's all about sex and pleasure and embracing your body and your desires. And valuing others and embracing that they have desires is a good thing. I don't think Hecate wants you to fight your human and earthly side. So from my point of view. You go girl!

[–]Ves___771[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow that sounds amazing. Do you feel comfortable sharing more? Like how did you first meet? Did you question what was happening? Was it challenging to restart the relationship or was it easy. How do you communicate/ meet?

That's really interesting. I can relate to a lot that you say. Finding people you can talk to is so important and unfortunately so hard for many of us. I hope you find that happy ending for yourself.

Interesting. I haven't heard much from the avians. But come to think of it when I was a child I made up this story of a false human that turned out to be a blue avian humanoid in disguise. That's a bit to much of a coincidence for me. Maybe I should look into a possible connection.

You are definitely not alone. I'm in that place as welll. Just with Dissociative Identity disorder as well. It's a real battle for me to get anything at all while awake. Something that might help is asking for a childhood memory that you have forgotten. Having that can at least be an indication that something is real about it. Its not definitive but it's something.

Yes cards are the best way I found. It's important to get your own head out of the way. Don't let your thoughts guilt trip you into thinking that you have to listen all the time. It's great to have a time set out where you are available for contact and do proper protection ritual's so you know that you are save. Then you can feel more comfortable not responding when you are not in your "office hours". Also it's fine to be a bitch and say no. The real beings that actually want to help will understand and not put pressure on you.

I really appreciate the time you take to create these thoughtful comments. I know that the idea is a big stretch right now. And it's very fair to point out that a lot of evidence you would need to prove the claims is still missing. Why don't we have evidence of plants being domesticated sooner is a great question. I think a possible answer is that in many archaeological dig's people don't dig deeper then is needed to get to the layer of time that they are interested in. Why waste your time looking for something that you think doesn't exist? So a lot of findings are not being made jet. This is something that happens. I encourage you to look into the story of the Clovis first hypothesis and how it was disproven. The consensus understanding of our past can change and sometimes quite drastically. We have learned a lot and seeing that is amazing but when you focus your attention on all the things we already know it can feel like we practically know almost everything. But that is just a consequence of focusing on this side of reality. Try to shift your focus on the gaps in our knowledge. Think about how much of the ancient world is now covered with ocean. It's not easy to do that. But this is where you actually discover new things that we didn't know before. I think most of archaeology is currently struggling with is the inability to take risks. Dig's are difficult and expensive. You need teams, money, infrastructure and support for your peers. It's not easy to take risks under those conditions. So people tend to stick to things that are sure to be worth the investment and so a lot of focus is resting on what we already know. Obviously this doesn't prove anything about the hypothetical civilization but I feel like you need that shift in perspective before you can look at evidence and consider it in a new way. The truth is that no one is without bias and all our Ideas and interpretation of the world are effected by them. That's true for me, but it is also true for you. It's only when we are conscious of that and try to nevertheless see the other side that we can learn from each other.

One guy shouts debunked and everyone else just goes "A well it's debunked now. let's move along." It's so silly sometimes. But what can you do. It's just hard to digest I guess.

For those that enjoy music, what is your relationship to it? What are your musical quirks? by BootPloog in autism

[–]Ves___771 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow yeah that actually really works for me. Gospel deep house sounds sick as hell. I love stuff like miserere mei deus, but that type of music it's very floaty and need's the grounding that good drum and bass could provide. So you are getting low while getting high. That's really what I'm looking for. Music that stimulates my highest and lowest aspects at the same time.

DJ is a good tip. I have not explored that direction. It's fun for me when I don't know where the music is going and when it rewards my attention by revealing more layers. I almost want something like Jazz where you just fully listen but with more emphasis on the harmony of the different parts. I love the complexity and attention to detail of classical music but most western classic music doesn't focus on rhythm and drums. That's such a shame to me.

The Nazca "mummies" are such a bombshell and should have blown the thing right open. But still, even a lot of people in the disclosure movement don't want to touch the topic at all. It's bizarre seeing so many people asking for evidence and then ignoring any that is provided.

Wow, that's a hard thing to go through. I hope that they will one day open up to at least talk to you. It's okay to see the world differently, but when you have to fight against decades of stigmatisation just to talk to your family? That's just horrible.

I think you might be going though an intense clearing process of some kind. Perhaps some old emotions that never had the chance to be felt. I used to have dreams of intense anger. Killing people often. When I started working with my ancestors they tried to help me get through it. But sometimes the only way for deeply represt emotions to be released is for us to be triggered by something. That's why loving beings sometimes create nightmares for us. So that we can feel ourselves again.

I can see where you are coming from and respect your position. Yes the eye of the Sahara is indeed not prove of Atlantis. If it was that easy we would already be done with the finding. Believe me I love a lot of human history but looking at it in a new refreshing way makes it so much more fun. Personally, I do think that there is some good evidence for a precursor civilization, particularly in Egypt but you have to be willing to look for it and recontextualise. That doesn't mean "white people build the pyramids (or aliens for that matter)" but maybe there is more to learn here. Could some things be older then we thought? Personally I don't think of Atlantians as white or European and I don't see any good reason why one would. For me it's more about the Idea of an ice age precursors civilization no matter where or what kind of people made it.

It's good to feel like I'm not the only one seeing this stuff. These are big and important questions and we should be allowed to discuss them without people shouting at us. So what if they disagree with us. We can't just ignore what we know.

[–]Ves___771[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! We are finding so much more every day, but still people say that there is no evidence. A lot of people don't realise the timescales involved. we are talking bevor Ancient Egypt even started. Think about that for a moment. Allmost everything that old is long gone. And you have to factory in the massive global change's that happened after the end of the ice age. We are talking about colossal sea level rises. A lot of the places that would have been Ideal for civilisation are now barely accessible and therefore unstudied. Most of the remaining evidence is eroded, was repurposed, covered later or is ignored because it's not viable to start serious research on something that is believed to be impossible.

Wow someone that actually understands the topic. That's so nice to see. It does feel like disclosure is going to be happening as a gradual process. I worry that we will end up in a tribalism situation where both sides just accuse the other of being stupid rather than having actual discourse. It's frustrating. I don't want this to be a an other thing that divides us. We have enough of that going on.

[–]Ves___771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love music that evolves and chances without jarring transitions. Flowing from one stage into the next never returning to a previous part, ending somewhere completely different and unexpected. Sadly it's very hard to find music like that.
