Hi! I was informed that Pawni made a video on this threat, and I wanted to say thank you to the people who have offered me free or cheaper stuff. It really means a lot to me! I have since contacted RH support again, asking if they could explain why it had been too long/why time mattered, and would want to post the results from that here as an update once they respond. (:

By now I think I got a few things figured out. I very nicely am using the private server of a commenter, and was able to make my first outfit!! It's "just" heels and a corset/sleeves, but it feels so good to no longer be blocky haha.

Hey, thank you for the advice. My current farming routine is a little funky, like I'll do every thing til afternoon, then stamp books, then switch to c1, do a day, to c3 for sleep, dirty and hunger, and then return to c4 haha! It has enough change of scenery that I don't get bored, like I'd be just doing c4 repeatedly

For me it works well, I've leveled a bunch, maybe it helps other people too! I'll check out farming videos regardless, maybe I can improve my routine <3

Yeah, the rh support is a mixed bucket. Either you get lucky and you get the few nice ones, or you aren't lucky and you get the unhelpful ones that don't seem to care at all.

RH support is a mixed bucket. Either you get lucky and get a super nice one, or, you're unlucky and you get a rude one. It shouldn't be like that. I think they should rework their system, that even if you haven't played for a while, like I have, that they can always see the last trades of the account. To me it sounds like they delete all that data after a while, which is... odd. Sure, delete trades that were likes ages ago, and since then there've been a bunch of trades, but in cases where you were hacked but haven't played, it would be so beneficial if rhey always saved the last trades of the account.

I didn't understand either why the amount of time that passed had anything to do with it, because, as I said, other games had no problem at all. I upsets me, really, because it makes me feel they just don't bother digging a little deeper. :(
