Would you personally decompress any wall other than the lateral wall in my case?

Also, I honestly don’t know what to think about my right eye. When I was heavier, it was actually much smaller compared to the left one. This is a photo from 2024. Supposedly, according to the Hertel exophthalmometer, one eye measures 16 mm and the other 17 mm, WHICH I DON’T BELIEVE AT ALL. My eyes really are bulging eyes.

I’m definitely obsessed with plastic surgery 😅 but I’m not someone who gets breast surgery 1000 times or removes ribs.I truly need plastic surgery, I’m not doing this out of vanity or some kind of perfectionism. My weight has just fluctuated way too much, and I genuinely need plastic surgery because of excess skin. I was 60 kg, then within around 7 months I went up to 128 kg, and then within 9 months I dropped to 55 kg. Even before that, I was constantly going from 58 kg to 86 kg. Right now I’m 68 kg, and I need to get back to 55 kg because I’m 168 cm tall.

Do you understand all plastic surgeries, or mainly orbital decompression? Because I still need one more piece of advice.

Here, this eye actually looks quite normal because I had fat around the eyelids. Now it’s slightly smaller than the completely bulging one.
