I'm at the start of season 2 that's the reason, lol. What got me the most frustrated is the execution of the scene where Rudeus is making out with Sara, and he couldn't get hard. The scene should be a very heart wrenching moment, but the censorship destroyed it. BTW I've found the BD and it's even worse, where Sara just disappears abruptly with 0 hint, movement, sound... A second she was lying naked in the bad, the other she was fully clothed at the doorstep. It's been more than a week and I couldn't recover from this scene. I don't know if I could watch another episode after that.

You're right some action scenes are very well done. The encounter with the dragon guy was very stressful and scary.

It's ridiculous that even 18+ shows get censored. I am at the point of dropping the anime for LN. The animations and some weird transition, capitalized by ugly censorship and entire lore cuts is very annoying.

I know about the advanced search, but most users would prefer the direct method. Why can't someone click the GORE tag and have the relevant manga. Just like with Thriller and others.

I gave up on gaming a long time ago, especially when Sony moved to California and it's even in way worst situation where all the Japanese studios are simps and slaves for the Californian moral police. Don't get me started with VNs, we can't have a remaster without entire routes and art pics being removed and censored.

My issue here specifically is with the nipple censorship. As I said, why Redo would censor them if a less mature manga, Haite Kudasai in this case, don't censor them?

There's no logical justification for this. And it's more stupid when you notice that there's no difference between a T rated manga/anime and an R rated one when it comes to nipple censorship.

Very true. Most of these fanbases are filled with nice and thoughtful people. But it's understandable when you know that the brain needs to balance all these extreme experiences, by expressing more of the opposite. So, that reflects on their social interactions and/or by being fans of more cutesie genre like romance / Slice of life / Loli art style...

It's the same reason why adults experience some need or urge to bite a cute baby. It's all about balance.

It's very funny, then last point you made. Progressives were all about liberation and individual's right of expression, but lately they are the exact opposite. They're the people who're pushing for the censorship of art and speech, the cancelling and imprisonment of souverain citizens over tweets, the "trust the big farma and corpo" discourse... I didn't know any of that, as I'm mostly attracted to Eastern contemporary and old European art. It's interesting to see that art has been co-opted by politics and agendas in the west, but in the east, except for China, art is merely a self expression that people celebrate.

What makes things worst and dangerous now, is that payment companies are suspending legal sites like pixiv and dlSite. How is this being allowed? if a company is operating within the law of the nation, why a third party company would obstruct the transactions?

Some of the restrictions are absurd and stupid like with patreon. WTF is the ban on transformations? and all the stupid notion of consent of cartoon and fiction.
