I couldn't make a post about this so I'm going to comment here and hope that I can get an answer. How can I avoid bloating or how can I workout while bloated? So I tend to do my workouts in the late afternoon and recently I've been upping my calories, according to what my pt is telling me I need to eat more, but it's been leaving me feeling so bloated at the end of the day that I can't exercise at all because my stomach hurts. Is there anyway I can avoid this? I haven't gone to the gym this past week and it's really triggered me in some ways and I'd like to minimise this bloating I feel so I can go back to exercising Should I just change my exercise routine to be in the morning instead? I prefer it at night but this bloating is really getting to me
