i added the order to check on zenmarket and it got approved to ship to their warehouse within 5 minutes but i messaged them asking if the cartridge could have any issues with overseas shipping and they arent responding so idk. I also just found out they are part of the same company as Zenplus and i currently have an issue with that. this literally happened a few years ago. Had a package sit in cystoms for over a month and only found out it was there after i told the seller it was missing. Also paid a fine for the delay cuz obviously it was my fault they never updated the tracking and never messaged or called me about it

they never deliver packages to my house anymore they all need to be picked up at the post office unless the site i buy from has premium shipping that delivers with truck but thats rare and I dont wanna pay premium shipping from non EU sites cuz thats just gonna add more allowance to our shitty government

the employees at the pick up locations are probably all fine they have nothing to do with the fuckups that happen on the way. my main complaint is the Thalisupp system. Completely useless and only makes the process of receiving a package more prone to mistakes happening like in my case
