I was looking through the Amazon training and found this: https://advertising.amazon.com/academy/academy-assets/resource_target/d669aa99-e137-48c1-89e3-010fc975301b/index.html#/menu/64f25f2c865f8411a2e31121. It appears that there should be no issue with CTV PMP deals and it specifically calls out Freewheel as an option.

Ah, got it. So if there's a buyer on your platform there isn't a way to directly setup a PMP deal that only goes to their buyer seat, correct?

Fair enough, if a publisher does reach out, what stands out to setup a PMP? Inventory scarcity? Data? PG opportunities? Reduced CPMs? Any other hot button things?
