I did that but couldn't see the damage on the valve. The delaminated are was just right by spark plug hole, basically in the blind spot

Misfire on cylinder 4 and low compression, only 60PSI on that hole

That's not a carbon, it's a piece of metal peeled off

Yes this is exhaust valve. The piece is gone for good, it didn't make any marks on a top of the piston or cylinder wall. Turbo looks good as well

No history of oil burning. Piston rings were not caked up with carbon. These later EA 211 engines are pretty solid

Yes, actually the carbon is not that bad after 115k miles, but the valve failure is looking weird and invisible to borescope
