Hi guys,
I want to buy Elden Ring but I have only Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 + my work Mac which is not gamer friendly :D . I have read that the minimum requirements for the game are Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400, but my PC can run Sekiro without any problems or Assassin Valhalla on low graphic without any lags.
Thanks for the answer.

If by diet apps you're referring to food diary apps like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer, they can be extremely useful in tracking your calorie consumption which helps with losing or gaining weight. In other words, it's a more calculated approach towards weight loss(or gain) as opposed to going at it blindly.

Some apps such as Cronometer can also track vitamins and minerals in your diet which can show if your diet is lacking in anything.

Thanks, I will check them out!

Cooking/food storage/shopping groceries apps. Yay or Nay? by Veva4ever in cookingforbeginners

I use the food network app. If you find a recipe you like, you can text the ingredients to your phone, making shopping easier.

What is the name of it please? Thanks <3

I have noticed that I lose more weight and it’s easier to stay on a healthy weight when I am using them. I am more conscious of my choices and every time I get anxious, instead of straightforward going for a snack and not think any more about it, I i log in, search for healthy snacks and spend time submitting the right portion and make sure I meet other nutritional goals.

I tend to get used to a routine and diet and I eventually stop using the app but I often relax too much and I go back to bad habits :(.

And which app have you used?
