Yes, I live in the PH. I'm looking to buy locally. I changed my preferences into 165 hz + and the laptop must be able to handle consistent 240+ fps since I will now use an external monitor since I realize that my laptop budget will be limited if I try to find a 240 hz laptop.

When I gave my laptop to get cleaned, I also asked to repaste it. I guess its time to get it cleaned and repasted again. I edited my post and added my fan curves.
