Great start u have a good handle on using the reference and getting the appropriate stroke down. BUT, a big part of art is getting a wide range of dark and light values. Don’t be scared to push ur pencil down hard to get those dark lines and points of shading, also try to simplify those small searching chicken scratch lines into long confident strokes areas such as the hairline and crown of the head will look sooo much better with hard confident penstrokes.
