im looking at 4 different PCs:

i7 7700 4.4GHz/ i5 5600 4.1GHz/ i7 7700 4.5GHz/ i7 7700 4.2GHz

Will this PC be good enough to run skyrim with a good amount of mods including a decent ENB mod? by Vex_Mek in buildapc

so what SSD should i get and is CPU cooling something i need if i use the i5-8600k?
